Subscription Plan

Before purchasing your service, you can select between a one time service or a 3 month subscription plan. If you select a subscription plan, we will come cleaning once every 3 months and your credit card will get charged accordingly with each service.

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account and editing the fields necessary (payment details, address, etc).

Yes, you can change it any time. 

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account. Under ‘My Subscription’ you can upgrade or downgrade the amount of mattresses in accordance.

Yes. Simply log-in to your account > My Subscription > Change payment. From there, you can change your payment method or update your payment details.

You can check pending payments in your account > My Subscriptions and it will show you your next payment date.

We don’t retain your sensitive credit card data. This information is stored and safeguarded by Stripe (a trusted payments system used by global leaders like Airbnb, Warby Parker, and Booking.com).

Appointment

After purchasing your service, you will be directed to our appointment page to place your booking. 

You have the choice to place your booking online or contact us directly.

Your order number can be found on your order detail which will be sent to you after placing an order.

We provide 30 days grace period after you have purchased a service. If you need more time to book your appointment do reach out to us here on WhatsApp or contact us at +65 92224336 and we’ll be happy to extend the time for you free of charge!

Yes! But please take note:

For non-subscribers, once you book your appointment, you can only have it rescheduled once before incurring a $20 fee.

For subscribers, there is no limit.

Order & Billing

You can only use 1 coupon code per order. 

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex as well Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

As soon as your order is placed, your card will be charged. If you are on our subscription plan, your credit card will get charged every 3 months.

Referral Program

Simply log-in to your account > Referrals. After which you can share your code via Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp or Email.

After your friend checkout with your code, you both get $5.00

There is no limit to how many people you can refer. The more you gift, the more you earn!

Yes! Only people with accounts can refer. To attain an account, you will need to purchase a service.
