I first engage BeMiteyClean for my post reno cleaning. They were on time and the boss and staffs were very smiley. They looked happy as well to be there to help you.I also noticed that the boss Jady were very caring towards the staff, ensuring their safety esp when they climb the ladder for cleaning. He kept reminding them to be careful and I think one of the lady knocked her head accidentally, he immediately rushed over to make sure she is ok. You can see that they not only prioritize their service to customers, they also make sure that their staffs are in good hand while they work for them, so it shows a lot in the work the staff do (results of the cleaning).I am rly satisfied with the post reno cleaning service that day. They will get you to do a check to make sure that their cleaning is up to your standard and satisfaction. And one thing that really impresses me is, they actually invest in machines that can help them with more thorough cleaning which leaves me with a very clean house.Have further engaged them for my bi-weekly house cleaning services and I am glad, to have Zin Mar who will help me every two weeks. She is friendly, cheerful, fast yet thorough in her cleaning. Chris and the other assistant was so professional and very polite. They explained to us the whole process of the things they are doing. The way they clean the mattress is very spot on. I had never seen our mattress looking this clean in like 2 years as my daugther tends to pee during night time when we tried to wean her off from wearing diapers.Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality their work. Spotted Mitey Clean on Instagram quite a number of months ago. The first time I used them was when one my sisters gave birth to my nephew at home! Needed them to deep clean the king size mattress urgently and they really helped to find the earliest slot for me. The second time was as a gift to another sister who had just given birth. It was to deep clean her huge sofa and my niece’s kids armchair.Both times they were responsive to my queries, professional and also took the time to explain things. The best part? Discovered this awesome service last year and got them to deep clean my sofa and bed. Having two dogs at home creates loads of hidden dirt and fur. But these guys managed to get it all out.
